mixed feelings about my stay
good locationsmall room sizeinadequate air conditioning
the location was pretty good it was easy to get to many places i wanted to see
the room size was smaller than expected it felt cramped i also had issues with the air conditioning it didn't cool the room enough the room was too warm especially at night sleeping was difficult because of the temperature

The location was very convenient, with easy access to many attractions. The breakfast included a wide variety of choices, I enjoyed it a lot. I received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a fine view, which I did not expect. The team was very supportive .

the location was next to main tourist attractions within walking distance. the staff were super friendly and helpful. they were always ready to give solutions for all our questions. the room was clean. but the breakfast was abundant and there was a variety of food selections.

the location was acceptable, it was close to the train and tram stations.
The room wasn't clean. I noticed an odor. this was disappointing because cleanliness is important to me. i also found the room to be quite small, feel cramped.
